Since my last blog on dinosaurs and talk about my friend’s dinosaur sales to Dan-yr-Ogof caves another was on his way to Belgium from Wales when he happened to be passing a serious fire in Swansea. He found his way into a shot of a walesonline photographer which resulted in more comments about the dinosaur than the fire Itself!!

The picture which sparked the interest and comments

Being loaded onboard ready for his journey.

There has also been news of dinosaur footprints found on Penarth beach

Their large size and shape suggest that they could belong to a large sauropodomorph dinosaur. While the footprints can't be linked to an exact species, it could have been one similar to Camelotia, a Triassicdinosaur named after King Arthur's castle and whose fossils have been found in southwest England from rocks dated to a similar period of time.
